A few days ago Speicher 210 successfully completed a short-term migration project of the German company Deutsche Post Com GmbH – of course in time and in budget.
Deutsche Post Com GmbH, a subsidiary fully owned by Deutsche Post AG, is developing and implementing sector-specific as well as sector-neutral solutions to optimize business processes.

During migration of the enterprise wiki “Confluence” and the bugtracker “JIRA” Speicher 210 was responsible for the IT project management and documentation. We coordinated the cooperation of Deutsche Post Com GmbH, T-Systems as well as 4 Morgen and were responsible for communication with users of the platforms.

On 14th November EMCC GmbH/ Germany announced the successful publication of the market coupling services between Germany and Scandinavia. Speicher 210 GmbH made a decisive contribution to the success of this international project.

The relaunch required a smooth functioning of the partly new processes as well as IT features. After supporting the European Market Coupling Company GmbH/ Germany at first, Michael Wolf travelled to Oslo/ Norway regularly to support Nord Pool Spot AS on-the-spot in this complex IT project. After more than 5,000 hours of tests performed by EMCC’s IT vendor, external analysts as well as the involved power exchanges, the publication of the cross-border flows was successfully realized last week.

This year, Maureen Setiamann, Misja Geeratz and Sander Oudenhoven have found their lawyer’s office VALUAS, based in the Netherlands. They serve their clients, individuals as well as companies, in the area of debt collection, employment law, criminal law, liability etc. As an alternative solution for business or private disputes, the company is also offering a mediation service.

Valuas entrusted the project management of their web presentation to Speicher 210. We have realized this project in close collaboration with the Dutch Wielaard.nl and the web agency 4 Morgen GmbH.

In July Michael Wolf attended the EEX Spot Market Training Course in Leipzig/ Germany. On July 21st, 2009 he took and – now it is official: successfully – passed the examination.

Now Speicher 210 has specialized knowledge of the Power Market, especially in the Energy Stock Exchange, and knows interrelations as well as processes very well. Hence Speicher 210 has the ability to support and to consult its clients of the energy industry exceedingly.
