Speicher 210 supports you in implementation and change over to DATEV pro

Last week Michael Wolf attended a three days seminar about DATEV pro Eigenorganisation comfort.

Speicher 210 is offering support in implementation and change-over to DATEV pro. This includes  preparation as well as support during the process of change-over and the following employee training.

As it follows respective processes, DATEV pro will ease for example working processes of law firms. There are new possibilities of filtering and sorting data. Users can select and group data on their desktop in accordance with their requirements. More information can also be found on  DATEV pro .

Companies using different programmes, such as accounting programmes and cost calculation, will benefit from integration of each one on one dashboard. The data structure was adjusted. This ensures an increase of efficiency in data management and an improvement of data quality.

Reducing costs by using Google Apps

Speicher 210 is using Google Apps as cost-efficient communication platform and particularly recommends small and medium-sized enterprises to change over.

This is shown by a project that has been completed recently: Speicher 210 supported SUM=, one of the largest independent printmanagement providers in Europe, in migration of 50 users from Exchange Server to Google Applications.

Vendor-Rating Tool

SUM= is one of the largest independent printmanagement service providers in Europe. The company supports its clients e.g. in taking care of planning, purchasing and production of marketing and communication materials by optimizing processes.

Vendor rating is one of these processes:  SUM= rates quality and costs of products and services provided by suppliers. Furthermore vendor-rating includes for example controlling and rating of observance of terms of delivery etc.   SUM= wanted to optimize this process and tasked Speicher 210 with the realization of a tool.

Speicher 210 was responsible for the requirements management, planning and coordination of the IT project. We were supported by 4  Morgen GmbH who developed and implemented the new vendor rating tool.
